Well if you have healthcare and can be healthy from it then you have a better shot at being a usefull part of society but if not and you get sick like in the US for low income families you can't...

Because our private clinics are regulated and policed by the government and there are very few of them due to the fact that not many people ever do it. Plus many of them are now encorporating...

Here is an article by the CBC about private and public healthcare in Canada. Even our privately run clinics and few hospitals still bill to our public health insurance so we don't see a bill...
